 1. LOCAL ( MADINA)

TheHujjajStore offers delivery, exclusively, to your location in Madina KSA, and has a flat rate shipping charge per order of 25 SAR.

Free delivery applies to orders over 200 SAR.

Delivery Times

Delivery of your order will be within 24hours of receipt of order.

Room number/reception

All orders will be delivered to the hotel lobby or room number provided during checkout, in the pre-defined, agreed delivery period.

Returns policy

We take pride in what we supply, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from TheHujjajStore.

TheHujjajStore operates a non-quibble 7 day return policy, in order to arrange a return please contact info@thehujjajstore.com and a representative will arrange the return within 24 hours.

All refunds are issued within 14 days of purchase.

2. DOMESTIC (SAUDI ARABIA, OUTSIDE OF MADINA)

TheHujjajStore  offers flat rate shipping via Saudi Post EMS to anywhere in the Kingdom for 40SAR . Delivery times are from 2-6 working days.

As an alternative TheHujjajStore offers courier delivery via DHL express, prices are quoted at the checkout.

If the product is faulty or not as described on the website, and you wish to return it, please contact customer service to arrange the return. You will be refunded the full cost of the item, not inclusive of shipping charges.

3. INTERNATIONAL

TheHujjajStore offers delivery via Saudi Post EMS or DHL express, prices are quoted at the checkout. Delivery via Saudi Post EMS takes up to 12 working days depending on location. Shipping cost is exclusive of any customs or VAT payment that the customer maybe be liable for.

We are sorry we do not offer refunds on international orders at this time.
